Empowering Service Providers & Educators

Based on its belief that education is the cornerstone of societal development and that creating a sustainable impact requires enhancing the capabilities and skills of individuals, the Foundation has demonstrated a keen interest in creating initiatives aimed at empowering service professionals and educators. This is achieved through a diverse range of training and academic programs. The Foundation also strives to establish a nurturing environment that offers support to workers in the field, enabling them to effectively tackle various challenges and develop their skills to handle different situations, including emergencies.

Initiatives

Introducing the first Post Graduate Diploma in Child Mental Health in the Kingdom in cooperation with Alfaisal University and Massachusetts General Hospital, and in partnership with the Sulaiman Saleh Olayan Foundation, under the supervision of Dr. Lamis Al Saleem.

Creating a training package approved by the Ministry of Education, featuring an updated educational curriculum specialized in serving individuals with intellectual disabilities

A training project for caregivers in nurseries to aid in the early detection of language disorders and to provide guidance and training to mothers on speech and language exercises.

Raising community awareness about the importance of the first 1000 days of a child's life and its impact on their future.
