The award is based on global excellence standards in evaluating the performance of establishments, according to basic principles of excellence, including: administrative leadership, strategic planning, human resources, suppliers and partners, operations management, focus on the beneficiary, impact on society, in addition to business results. The award aims to raise awareness in the field of quality and institutional excellence by providing an integrated structure to coordinate and manage all performance improvement activities, by enabling establishments to evaluate their current performance level and compare it with the performance level of distinguished establishments worldwide.
