In line with the Group's commitment to social values and our deep-rooted belief in building solidarity between the company and its employees, a dedicated support fund has been established in 2012 for Al Muhaidib employees. This fund is provided by the Abdulkadir Al Muhaidib Social Foundation.

The support consists of grants to employees in cases of marriage, medical treatment, or university education, directly benefiting the staff member, their parents, or children. The Fund also provides charitable grants to support employees affected by natural disasters and other unforeseen circumstances with more than 17 nationalites supoorted.
