Investors in People Gold Accreditation
The Abdulkadir Al Muhaidib Social Foundation obtained the accreditation of Investors in People in 2019, initially achieving the silver level in 2020. Ultimately, the foundation reached the gold level in 2023. Investors in People is a prominent British non-profit organization that assesses and acknowledges organizations based on their people management practices and the level of support provided to employees within the work environment. This accreditation holds recognition in 80 countries worldwide, with translations available in 30 languages. It emphasizes the measurement of practices within work environments, utilizing leading indicators to cultivate the growth of high-performing work teams.
Achieving a Score of 98.32% in Makeen
The Abdulkadir Al Muhaidib Social Foundation achieved an average score of 98.32% in the results of governance standards for charitable institutions. The NGO Governance Project, known as "Makeen", encompasses a collection of systems, tools, procedures, and models that have been developed to ensure that NGOs comply with regulatory requirements and standards of governance.
C20 is a G20 Working Group
The Abdulkadir Al Muhaidib Social Foundation, represented by Ms. Sarah Al Muhaidib, Executive Director, was selected to represent the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a member of the Civil Society Steering Committee, and lead the Civil Society Educational Task Force as part of the G20 summit groups.
